Step 1: Get a Quote.
To get a quote, either text into our text line (385) 429-2964 or fill out the form below with the following information about your piece:
Height, Width, Depth, and a head-on, or diagonal toward front photo of the piece. If we need additional information, we will request it after our initial evaluation.
Step 2: Select a Fabric.
To select a fabric, either come into our showroom located at 329 North State Street in Orem, Utah, open Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, or check out our provider’s websites, and we can mail you samples of your favorites.

Step 3: Place your Deposit.
Once you have received your quote and selected a fabric, we will receive a 33% deposit, which gets you on our schedule. Our wait times can vary, so an estimated completion date will be given with your quote, but it may change before you make your deposit.
Step 4: Bringing in your Piece.
After your deposit has been placed, you will be contacted regarding the pickup of your piece at the time we have space for your project. We offer free pickup and delivery within a 30-mile radius of our shop, but we also offer group pickups in Salt Lake and Park City.
A group delivery is set day we are in the general area, and we can offer significantly reduced delivery rates. We anticipate having each piece in our shop between 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project; it can be longer if you have multiple pieces.
Step 5: Delivery.
After we work our magic, we will then contact you regarding delivery of your piece, final payment is due upon delivery.
Step 6: Warranty.
If for any reason after delivery you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. We want to make sure that you are ending up with a piece you love and will last you years. Some fabrics do have a warranty that covers if the fabric is not lasting to your standards, and we warranty the quality of our reupholstery work for 5 years.

How long does it take?
Each piece takes a different amount of time however, we recommend planning to have your piece in our shop for between 2-4 weeks.
How long should it last?
With standard residential use, the upholstery should last between 10 and 20 years, and foam should last between 20 and 25 years. However, the quality of your fabric and how well you maintain it play a huge role in how long your piece will last.
How much does it cost to reupholster something?
While we cannot give you an exact cost for your specific piece without seeing a picture and getting dimensions, sofas tend to cost between $2,000-$3,000, armchairs tend to cost between $750-$1,250, and dining chairs tend to cost between $75-$210. These prices include labor and an average-priced fabric.
